Charging issue prices make reference to replacement of charging port only. If charging dilemma is due to other parts, then it is not incorporated into price and will be quoted separately.
Battery Problem prices talk about replacement of battery only. Other battery problems linked to motherboard will likely be quoted separately.

In case of Home button repairs the Touch ID (Finger Print) will not work due to design limitation by Apple and so we usually do not bare any responsibility for finger print sensor no longer working.
Collected devices is going to be checked and quotation is going to be made for the issues found.
In certain case of warranty claim natural meats ask you to bring device to office and we might refuse to service device onsite. In this case, He/she must bring their device to our office face-to-face for thorough inspection. He or She is going to be required to book a consultation to visit our office.
Address ship to onsite repair will likely be checked and verified before processing order and we might refuse to provide onsite service based on location, although address is listed in service area.
Our company and technicians do not bare any responsibility for loss of any kind of information, documents, photos, music, emails etc. during repair. One must backup there iPhone/iPad independently before making order. We usually do not provide backup service for onsite repairs.
An additional transaction and service fee will likely be charged for payments made online or by credit/debit card. This fee will be in addition on the total repair cost which might vary based on payment type and currency.
Each onsite visit can last for 40 minutes. If the repair can not be finished within 40 mins or if it requires more time, then our technician will collect your tool and fix it in your office. Fixed device will likely be sent back to your later.
In order to take care of punctuality of technicians, our technician is only going to wait for 5 mins after he arrives. If the waiting time is more than 5 mins, a different 100 HKD will be added to the total price or minimum visit fee of 300 HKD will collect in this instance.
By accepting the T&C you accept to pay minimum Service fee of 200 HKD even when repair just isn't carried out.

iPhone Terms
Glass cracked prices listed are for screens with few hairline cracks. Display & touch should be fully functional and screen has to be in recyclable condition.
For screens with multiple cracks or screen smashed cases, our technician will physically check & test functionality of display. If display functionality is not ok or if display damage is too much (verified much like technician) then LCD damage price will likely be charged.
Screen Prices listed are for AAA quality iPhone screen similar or equivalent on the original but not an original spare part. For original screen prices please e mail us.
The cracked screen LCD must be original plus 100 % working condition which will not have any dead pixel or colour distortion or leakage. If LCD not ok then LCD damage price will be charged.
These cost is not applicable to non-original iPhone screens or iPhones with screen replaced with a third-party company. If phone is repaired before then we will must take apart your display and look display type first to be sure it can be recycled.
There is going to be an additional charge to the screens with LCD backlight problem, black / white spots and red frame in display.
The listed prices apply simply to screen repair which is often recycled. Our technician will need the broken screen with them for recycling. Failure to recover the screen can lead to full price of display.
Listed prices don't cover other damages in iPhone including parts mounted on screen, there will probably be an additional charge for replacement of these parts if required.
We may will not provide service at listed price for iPhone that does not comply with our T&C.
iPad Terms
For iPad repairs we will collect your oral appliance fix it within our office. Fixed iPad will be delivered back to you after repair. After verifying damage condition, repair time and estimated delivery date will likely be quoted.
Collected iPads will likely be checked and customer will likely be informed first if other problems are found.
