With the release of new iOS 9.3, Apple also added few more security steps for iPhone and iPad owners. Now when the Find my iPhone feature is turned on, you can neither restore to new and fresh iOS and nor delete the iCloud account without first disabling the Find My iPhone feature. But there is a new bug in iOS 7 - up to iOS 9.34 - which allows any user to not only turn off the Find my iPhone but also delete the existing iCloud and add any new account. Apple had fixed this bug in the recent iOS 9.2.1 update. But there is a new bug even in the latest release which also allows the users to delete iCloud account without knowing the password. If there is any account attached with device, they ask the seller to remove it first and then purchase it.
