It’s easy to install all kinds of apps on your phone, but what happens when you no longer need them, or you want to clear off some space on your phone, From the home screen, open the Apps drawer (placed by default in the bottom row of icons). Tap and hold on the icon of the app you wish to uninstall. Drag to the top left of the screen where you see a trash can icon and the word Uninstall. Confirm that you wish to uninstall the app. From the home screen, open the Apps drawer (placed by default in the bottom row of icons). Tap Edit towards the top right of the screen. Tap the minus icon next to the icon of the app you want to uninstall. Confirm you want to uninstall the app, and continue the process for additional apps. Tap Done at the top of the screen when finished uninstalling. Apps can be deleted using the Play Store as well. Launch the Play Store. Open the menu using the menu button at the top left and tap on My Apps. Tap on the app you wish to uninstall, then tap the Uninstall button below the banner. Repeat for any other apps you wish to uninstall.

You have to select and download apps from iPadian's own app store, which obviously can't offer anything like the same range of options, but there's still a decent selection, and many of them are free. For a very small set of niche cases, Simulator is the best option for running an iOS app on a Mac. The problem is that it needs to be your app - in the sense that you developed it or at least have a working build of the app in the Xcode developer suite. Simulator is available within Xcode but it runs as a separate app in its own right. Apple advises that it's easiest to open Simulator directly from your Xcode project. You need to select an iOS emulator (specifying a device model) from the Xcode scheme pop-up menu, and click Run. Xcode builds your project and runs it in Simulator on your Mac.

Third-party apps also have a symbol for deleting the app, though native iPhone apps such as “Phone” and “Calendar” do not. You can undo any changes you make to apps in iTunes, such as deleting them or rearranging their order on the iPhone graphic. Click the “Revert” button that appears in the lower-right side of the screen to restore your apps to their previous state. For a long time developers have expressed a need for improved discoverability for Apple TV apps they make. Unfortunately, Apple hadn’t previously provided much for developers or customers to find these apps. Customers would have to search from within the App Store on the Apple TV to find apps. Thankfully, Apple recently let developers know that the iTunes Link Maker would now allow them to create links right to their tvOS apps. This is fantastic news, because now customers can buy these apps from their iPhone, iPad, Mac or even on a PC. Some apps in the App Store already have tvOS components, so if you download the iOS version of the app, your Apple TV could automatically download the TV version to your Apple TV. Alternatively, you could also check the Purchased tab on your Apple TV in the App Store, and download purchased apps from there. Now there’s an easier way to get these apps without ever having to go to the App Store on your TV.
